(More customer reviews)I bought this as my son't first leap pad math book. It quickly became his favorite leap pad book. You learn number recognition to 100, some addition, and a little about money. You also learn in one of the games the concepts of above, below, left and right. The story is engaging as well. The printed words are smaller than in the leap reading books. When you touch a word with a stylus, it does repeat the word for you, just like the leap pad for reading books.
I gave it a 2 stars for durability because the book got a ripped page.

(More customer reviews)We got this toy at Kroger for probably half the price it is on here. The box says that the babies and hamster does not come with it, so we also bought two babies we found at the store (also cheaper than online). The stroller is a bit flimsy but not horrible (I pushed on it quite a bit to test durability). My 4 year old has been playing with it constantly, either pushing/carrying it around herself with the babies in it or having her hamster push it around, no problems with it popping apart or breaking. I would definitely not buy it here for the listed price though, I suggest trying to find it in-store.

The car itself works fine however, when you turn it on it plays a loud song over and over and there is no volume or music off button. My 7 year-old thought it was funny and loved it for about 30 minutes. After that he even wanted to turn the music off. It just isn't realistic to play with this is in the house because of the noise. We ended up finding a similar car with no music that works off of batteries (another plus so you don't have to wait the 4 hours for it to recharge) at Steinmart for $12.99. We're giving this one to Goodwill.

Little Tikes Tikes Patrol - 30th Anniversary Review

(More customer reviews)I recently bought this Little Tikes Patrol Car and was quite disappointed with it. Although it is durable and had the potential of being a lot of fun for my 21 month old son, it was too small for him. The toy is recommended for kids between the ages of 1 1/2 -5, and there is no way this can be true. He is about 33 inches tall, and weighs 28 pounds. Even with the floor board removed, his head almost touches the top of the car. It is also very narrow, leaving him little room to move or turn the steering wheel. I figure, if my son really wanted to, he could play with this for a couple of months, but then it's off to storage for our next child. I would like to return this item, but it would be a pain to take apart. I also don't want to pay more money for returning it.

It's easy for her to open and grab her snacks all by herself. She loves to press the leaves to listen to the music. The only negative thing that I could say about it is that the volume is very loud. There should be some control over the volume but there isn't. Sometimes if we are indoors somewhere it is too loud. I am still very satisfied with it and would recommend it to a friend.

(More customer reviews)Take my advice...just buy THIS cart if you are shopping for one. I was in the unique position where I had 3 different carts all in my kitchen at one time. You really need to "Feel" the carts first hand to understand. I initially bought the Step One Little Helpers shopping cart after reading all the good reviews. Bad choice. It constantly tips over, its bulky and is not user friendly to push. The only thing good about that one was there was no assembly...plus I only wasted $5 because I bought it on Craig's List. Then my sister in law bought me a American Plastic grocery cart and boy was that JUNK. I couldn't even believe they would make such flimsy toys! It was so thin and cheaply made. The cart simply tipped if any weight was put on it. I just threw it way (the handle kept popping off, also) Then I found THIS shopping cart. Oh wow, there is no comparison over the other 2. This pushes so nice and takes up less space. The fact that it doesn't tip over may have a lot to do with the wide base of support and how it is evenly distributed. I had to assemble it but it was sooooo worth the time and money. I know I went through a lot of time and money getting the "perfect" shopping cart but I would do it all over just to make sure I get one that will last years and years. My 14 month old can actually push it and has never tipped it yet. Totally recommend!

I bought this item because of all the other reviews that mentioned how sturdy and non-tippable it was, (and it is), plus we love the fact that the Little Tykes toys are Made in the USA. Corolle Mon Premier Doll Accessories (Small Stroller) Review

(More customer reviews)If this stroller would stay together I would rate it as 5-star, because it is really cute, and my daughter loves it. It's the perfect size for her corolle baby doll.
However. The first day we put it together (Christmas) one of the wheels kept falling off. And the structural cross-bars wouldn't stay connected to the legs of the stroller. Now, 3 months later, two of the wheels fall off constantly (literally minutes after we put them back on), creating an annoyance since it is her favorite toy. Meaning in the average day we probably fix this thing 15-20 times. My daughter still pushes it around, and when she can't get the wheels on by herself, she pushes it without the wheels (!!), and puts the wheels in the seat with baby. Unfortunately the two that fall off most frequently are on the same side of the stroller. Can you picture this?
As a result of this experience my daughter has learned to be self-sufficient and try to fix the stroller herself, and when she can't she asks for "help". The positive side of a malfunctioning toy.
This stroller would be better if the wheels connected to another piece on the other side of the legs so they did not pop off so easily, and if the crossbars and other pieces actually clicked into place, rather than just sliding into position, because they just don't stay put. Cute, but flimsy and a big ol' pain in the butt.
