(More customer reviews)My parents bought this for my son, who admittedly does love it. But the thing is a nightmare to put together (especially the six red caps that go over the exposed metal rods). And has been pointed out, the instructions are worthless.
And no sooner did I get it together, one of the red caps broke, leaving an exposed metal rod that he could get hurt on.
So I went online and filled out the form to get a replacement of what has to be a thirty cent item. And although this is the 30TH ANNIVERSARY COUPE that only came out THIS YEAR, I was told I'd need to provide proof of purchase to show that it was purchased this year just to get a replacement for a badly designed part that is there to ensure safety.
I'm sorely tempted to return this car, and to avoid Little Tikes products until they improve their customer service.

My parents insisted on keeping the car, and although we found the receipt & emailed it to them per their instructions to get a replacement part, they've yet to send it. My parents still like it, but from my perspective the quality is lacking & their customer service sucks.

Tikes Mobile - Red Review

(More customer reviews)For my older daughter, we had the "Step2 Whisper Ride Buggy", we decided to purchase this seat because of the price and features.
Pros:
- cup holders for adult/child
- handle that pushes down for transport
- horn for child
Cons (in depth comments below):
- narrow seat
- small leg room
- no axle for turning tires
I was disappointed with the narrow seat, my sons entire tushie does not fit on the seat. To note, my son is 6 months old and large for his age (23 lb - making him the approximate size of a 1 year old). We put the seat belt on snugly, but he still kept sliding around a bit.
The leg room (height for the legs) fits perfectly for my son; however, I doubt that it will last til he is past 1 years old. The box says 18 months and up, but I can not see a normal sized 18 month old being able to sit comfortably in the seat with the amount of leg room available.
Another thing that I noticed is that there is no turn on the wheels, so to go left or right, you literally have to lift up the entire thing to turn it. If I remember correctly, the Step2 Whisper Ride Buggy's wheels turned on an axle (i think that's the word).

Overall, I would say its an okay product for a small/lean child between 9 and 18 months old.

(More customer reviews)I bought this toy for my daughter's first birthday, and everyone in the family absolutely loves it. My daughter thinks that she is such a big girl driving around the neighborhood, and she prefers it to her stroller, hands down. It is sturdy, turns well, and looks cute. The removable handle is wonderful for trips as the car fits in our trunk beautifully. The handle is a godsend for parents since you will definitely be pushing this around many times for a long time. The storage compartment is really fantastic also - for all of those treasures that must go along. I think that it would be neat if the car made more realistic sounds, but my daughter doesn't mind in the least. She loves it. My only suggestion to Step2 would be to put little doors on the side so that children will not be tempted to drag their feet on the ground which my daughter occasionally does. However, parenting is not as much fun in the vehicular department without this toy. As my husband said, "this is one of the best toys that you have brought home!!!" Go get one today

(More customer reviews)My 1 yr old nephew loves this car. He honks the horn and I really like the fact that there is a seatbelt for him to make sure he doesn't fall off. Only problem is that it is not too good with turns and sometimes you have to drag it to make the turn. But overall, he enjoys it!
